And, Rahab was a prostitute; however, after offering spies lodging she sent them off in a different direction, which ended up being incredibly helpful.
Jezebel was bad to the bone. She killed off the Lord's prophets. 1 Kings 18:4. Isn't it interesting that most of us do not name our baby girls Jezebel? Her fame is history and, yet, remains fresh.
John 8:1-11 reads, Jesus said, "Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her."
I'm reading Bad Girls of the Bible by Liz Curtis Higgs and, yes, we can learn something from them.
Whatever your past, whatever your present, God has a plan for you. Simply put, 1) Let's figure out what it is. 2) Let's acquire what we need to do it. 3) Let's ... begin.
